Services of the greenwich naturopathy clinic are non - refundable. Whilst we know that we can help most people, most of the time, we also know that we cannot help all people, all of the time. This is down to the complex nature of the body and the problems that people have. Due to the nature of naturopathy and the service we provide we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. We do not claim to treat or cure disease and the information we supply is for recreational and educational purposes only. It is your responsibility to verify to your own satisfaction the provenance of the information supplied before making any decision based upon the information. We reserve the right to cancel programmes of consultations without notice.
 
First appointments

A deposit of 50% the consultation fee is required for first time appointments

Cancellation of appointments

If you cannot attend an appointment, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid forfeit of the full fee.
