Twenty years ago, my health was in crisis. I lived with relentless psoriasis, eczema, fibromyalgia-like pain, headaches, allergies, and hay fever. Each day felt like an uphill battle, and every month brought the dread of hormonal chaos—mood swings, unbearable cramps, and exhaustion.

Doctors prescribed me anti-depressants, beta-blockers, antihistamines, and steroid creams. For a while, they seemed to help. But whenever I stopped, the symptoms returned—stronger, harsher, and more consuming. I felt trapped in a cycle of pills and pain, numb from side effects, and hopeless about the future.

One day, in tears before my GP, I was told: “You’ll probably be on these medicines for the rest of your life.”
That sentence felt like a life sentence. In despair, I prayed silently: “If life is this hard, show me another way.”

And another way did appear.

Soon after, I met a wise naturopath who opened my eyes to a truth I had never considered: my symptoms weren’t the enemy—they were signals. Suppressing them with pharmaceuticals only pushed the imbalance deeper into my body, showing up as wheezing, breathing difficulties, and more pain.

I learned that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the right support. Through nutrition, herbal medicine, and gentle self-healing practices, I began to reclaim my health. Small changes created profound shifts, and I became convinced of the transformative power of natural medicine.

Coming from a family of doctors, my choice to pursue natural medicine wasn’t easy. I was told dietary changes & herbs couldn’t possibly help. But I held onto my conviction and committed to years of study at degree in Nutritional Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Kinesiology, and Bach Flower Remedies.

I opened my first clinic in Marylebone, later Harley Street, before moving closer to home in Greenwich to balance my passion with family life. Along the way, I travelled the world, learning from leading practitioners in Chinese medicine, chiropractic care, metaphysics, and nutrition.

With over 18 years of experience, I now dedicate my practice to supporting women and men dealing with cycles of skin conditions, hormonal imbalance, nerve pain, and chronic discomfort.

My approach is holistic and integrative:

•  Nutritional Therapy & Herbal Medicine form the backbone of treatment
•  Energy Medicine (bio-resonance, vibrational healing, spiritual psychotherapeutics) complements the physical work
•  A compassionate perspective ensures you feel seen, supported, and empowered

"The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease"

Healing starts at the root
If you have a rock in your shoe, wouldn’t it make more sense to take off the shoe and remove the rock rather than take ibuprofen to mask the discomfort?
Body as One Whole
Self-healing is just as much about addressing physical symptoms as it is about nurturing and optimising mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Life-long Changes
By balancing the clinical aspects of health, primary foods, and the meals you eat every day, you’ll notice steady improvements in your health and well-being that you can maintain for life.
Highly Personalised
We believe every individual has distinct dietary needs based upon genetics, lifestyle, gender, age, blood type, stress levels, how they ate as a child, current state of health and future health goals.
Health-empowerment
Our customers have the knowledge and tools to take full accountability and responsibility for their health for the rest of their lives, and know how to course-correct if or when symptoms reappear.
Free of Willpower
While many nutritional philosophies dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, and restrictive “good and bad” foods, we provide our community with the tools and knowledge to create a happier, healthier life in a way that is fun, flexible, and free of willpower and denial. We teach you how to gently build the muscle of discipline with highly rewarding protocols.
Mind-Body-Spirit Approach
We focus on primary food elements that nourish you including honest, open relationships, movement you enjoy, a meaningful spiritual practice, a creative outlet that inspires you, and an understanding that there can be emotional roots to physical illness.
